1. General
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, purchases, and services provided by M/S D.R Medical Hall.
- By purchasing from us, customers (wholesale or retail) agree to abide by these terms.
2. Product Authenticity
- We ensure that all medicines are sourced from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and legal suppliers.
- Expired, damaged, or counterfeit medicines are strictly prohibited from sale.
3. Sales & Purchase Policy
- Medicines will be sold at wholesale and retail prices as per company policy.
- Some medicines may require a valid prescription from a registered physician.
- Wholesale customers must provide proper business/ trade license and necessary documents if required.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices may vary according to market conditions, suppliers, or government regulations.
- Payments must be made in cash/online/bank transfer at the time of purchase, unless prior credit terms are agreed.
- Outstanding dues must be cleared within the stipulated time agreed upon during purchase.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Medicines once sold cannot be returned unless:
- Wrong product supplied by us.
- The product is damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
- No return/exchange will be accepted without original invoice/bill.
6. Delivery & Supply
- Wholesale orders may be delivered within the local area subject to delivery charges.
- M/S D.R Medical Hall is not responsible for delays due to suppliers, transport, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Customers are advised to use medicines as per doctor’s prescription.
- M/S D.R Medical Hall shall not be responsible for misuse, side effects, or complications arising from improper use of medicines.
8. Compliance with Law
- All transactions will comply with Drug Administration Authority rules and Bangladesh Government regulations.
- Any violation of law by customers (e.g., misuse of prescription drugs) will not be the responsibility of M/S D.R Medical Hall.
9. Changes to Terms
- M/S D.R Medical Hall reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be applicable from the date of publication.
